Terms of Use

The app

Metro Menu Map ("the app") is published by TeleCottage Computers Pty Ltd ("we", "us") and distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. Where the two differ, Apple's EULA prevails.

Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app or the bundled map data.

Pro purchase

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Prices are set per storefront by Apple's tier table. Refunds are requested from and decided by Apple; we cannot issue them. A refunded purchase revokes the Pro unlock. Maps you created remain on your device.

Your content

Maps you record, import or edit are yours. They are stored only on your device. We never receive them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for what you record; do not record screens containing other people's personal information.

No warranty

The bundled Settings map reflects a specific iOS version and may lag behind Apple's changes. Maps built from recordings depend on on-device text recognition and may contain errors. The app is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The effective date at the top moves when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
