First launch
Three cards, skippable

The Settings map opens
Hub in the middle, eight lines out. Tap General to see the first drill-down, or type something you've been hunting for.
Nothing else to set up
No sign-in, no permissions prompt, no "allow tracking". Appearance follows your phone unless you change it.
Launch status

Version 1.0 feature-complete: map, search, recording importer, My Maps, station editing, Pro unlock via StoreKit 2.
Done — Privacy manifest
No tracking, no required-reason APIs beyond app preferences. App Store label will read Data Not Collected.
Now — TestFlight
Internal testing, then a small external group with one question: did you open it a second time?
Next — App Store review
Submission follows TestFlight. The button above goes live the day Apple approves.
