What helps a bug report
- iPhone model and iOS version.
- App version and build from Settings › About (reads like V1.0 (12)).
- Which map: bundled Settings or one you recorded.
- For a wrong map: the app name and roughly where the tree went wrong. Don't send the recording; it may contain personal details.
What helps a search report
- The exact words you typed.
- The station you expected to find.
Purchase problems
- Try Restore Purchases in the app first.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; the developer can't issue them.
